Vertical Conveyors

Z-Loda Vertical Conveyors are available as standard modular installations designed to accommodate standard 48" square pallets. Custom designed units can be engineered to meet special requirements. Free-standing, Z-Loda systems provide fast, continuous material flow to heights of 80 ft. and more.

The Z-Loda can be directly interface with most types of horizontal conveyors to provide automatic horizontal movement of material, or can be served by fork-lift trucks.

Flexibility allows units to be erected as stand-alone mid-floor systems, against exterior walls from outside installations or installed in existing elevator shafts. Delivered as a one piece module or assembled on site, the Z-Loda requires a minimum of erection time.

In answer to the ever increasing demand for fast, economical, continuous material flow in multi-story buildings, Z-Loda offers its Brancher Systems.

THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR...
The Brancher achieves 5˝ times the material flow of reciprocating lift systems of the same load capacity. Supported directly from the floor, units place no strain on building walls, Ideal for use in older buildings.

SAFTY...
Systems are completely shielded for personnel protection. Full metal sheeting or wire mesh enclosures are available options.

Units inter-face directly with most horizontal conveyors, or can be fed by fork-lift trucks. Utilizing the patented Piggi-Bakk® chain system and other proven Z-Loda components insures fast, continuous platform flow in up or down directions.

accept material in a given direction, lift or lower and continue flow in the same direction with discharge on the opposite side.
 



C-LODA UNITS...
receive material at one level, life or lower, to discharge on the same side at a different level.

receive material on one level, lift or lower it over obsticles (railroad tracks, other conveyors, etc.) then return material to same level to continue flow in same direction.
